The setting was MARVELLOUS, near to the very nearby Harmonstown train station, the centre of Dublin, or north up the coast, and the beautiful port of Howth. It also was very close to the airport.

The hotel of choice in Artane. Cosy base for 2 nights. Marvellous and exceptional location outside in garden, and 5 minute walk from Virgin Mary. And next to the city centre and Dublin. Hot drinks and coffee, milk, breads, cereal, and jam.

    Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was well-equipped and extremely spacious with a kettle and an iron.

Lovely hotel in a really quiet area close enough to the beautiful port of Howt, the peninsula, and the centre of Dublin, or north up the coast. The rooms with access to nice clean bathroom. Great and particularly good location, at a short distance from Cactus Petes Casino. Easy check-in, parking outside. Everything great. Honestly no complaints whatsoever;))

My room included a kettle, an iron, and a toaster. Garden view was an unexpected bonus. The location was marvellous and quiet, within a close distance from Our Lady of Mercy Church...

Great value for money. the host was extremely helpful and friendly, providing instant answers to emails and creating a warm and cordial atmosphere. the location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing city break.

The bathroom was clean but unappealing with an excessive number of cleaning agents. the continental breakfast was below expectations, and the advertised flat screen TV and garden were missing.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B. The location was perfect, being very near the airport, so we didn't have to worry about rushing to catch our flight. It was also very close to the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing a delicious complimentary breakfast and offering helpful tips for our stay. We also enjoyed spending time outside in the beautiful garden.

The only downside was that the room was a bit cramped for our group of seven, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.
